👆簡単英語『頭真っ白』”go blank”でネイティブ共感通訳力UP＠反復練習用多話者音声付

　今回ワードは”go blank”です。日本人もよく使う「頭が真っ白になる」（動詞）ことを言いますが、その他にも「頭が真っ白な状態」であることを表す、’My mind is blank.’（形容詞)、’My mind is a complete blank.’（名詞）のような表現もあります。その他にも類似表現として”Draw a blank”、”Blank out”、”hit a mental block”、”Zone out”（精神的に無関心になったり、集中力を失ったりすること）等、様々な表現があり、これらは自ら使わないまでも、合わせて覚えて置けば、英語共感力は更に高められます。

4. In the middle of a family dinner: When my mom asked me about my plans for the weekend, my mind just went blank. I couldn’t think of anything we had planned.
5. During a job interview: The interviewer asked me about my experience in project management, and suddenly my mind went blank. I couldn’t remember any specific projects to talk about.

1. 友人との会話中： 旅行の話をしていたら、突然頭の中が真っ白になった。訪れた街の名前が思い出せなかった。
2. 試験勉強中： 試験を受けようと席に着いたとき、頭の中が真っ白になった。勉強した答えをまったく思い出せなかった。
3. 友人の名前を思い出そうとして：高校時代の知り合いにばったり会ったが、頭が真っ白になった。彼女の名前をどうしても思い出せなかった。
4. 家族との夕食の最中： 母に週末の予定を聞かれたとき、頭が真っ白になった。予定していたことが何も思い浮かばなかった。
5. 就職面接のとき： 面接官からプロジェクトマネジメントの経験について聞かれ、突然頭の中が真っ白になった。具体的なプロジェクトについて何も思い出せなかった。

Professional Situations:

2. In a brainstorming session: As we were discussing ideas for the new marketing campaign, my mind went blank. I couldn’t think of any creative concepts to contribute.
3. During a client meeting: The client asked me a question about our product features, and my mind went blank. I couldn’t recall the details I needed to provide a clear answer.
4. While giving instructions to a team: I was delegating tasks to my team, and suddenly my mind went blank. I couldn’t remember who I had assigned to handle a crucial aspect of the project.
5. In a performance review meeting: When my manager asked me to provide examples of my achievements from the past year, my mind went blank. I couldn’t recall any specific accomplishments to highlight.
