- 金沢は京都の貴族文化を吸収しながらも意図的に差別化して数百年かけて作られた武士の街です。その結果、街全体がしっかり整えられたひとつの美術館の様で、伝統的な日本庭園、寺社、茶屋街、武家屋敷からモダンアートの名建築物まで殆ど全てが歩行可能な範囲に凝縮されていて飽くことがありません。

- 建築好きにはサムライ時代のままの茶屋街と武家屋敷跡が特に楽しんでいただけます。これだけリアルで美的なお茶屋や武家屋敷の内部を見られるのは金沢だけです。忍者寺と呼ばれる迷路の様な仕掛のお寺も人気がありますが騙しの構造に目を奪われ美的な箇所も怪しく見えるので貴方の審美眼には合わないかも！
- Architecture lovers will especially appreciate the teahouse district and the former samurai residential area that have been preserved as they were in the samurai period. Kanazawa is the only place where you can see the inside of a teahouse and samurai residence in such a realistic and aesthetically pleasing manner. A temple with a maze-like structure called the ‘Ninja Temple’ is also popular, but it might not fit your authentic and aesthetic sense because the deceptive structure is eye-catching and even the aesthetic parts look suspiciously similar!

- 金沢を訪問する多くのインバウンドはサムライの街のイメージが強く、実際に来てみると、モダンな都会なので、そのイメージのギャップに驚きます。確かに見た目はモダンでオシャレな街ですが、人々の心の中では今でもサムライのままと思った方が良いかもしれません。金沢に限らずですが日本人の現代人の日常生活は殆ど全てサムライ時代にデザインされた建築スタイル、食器、食品に囲まれていますので。
